About The Contest

"Future Faces of Fredericton" (formerly Fredericton's Beautiful Baby Contest) is a fundraiser in support of the Fredericton Regional Family Resource Centre. This is our fourth consecutive year to hold this contest that sees about 250-300 entries from the residents of Fredericton.

From the entries 12 children will be selected to grace the pages of our calendar. These children will be paired with local professionals such as doctors, firefighters and police officers.

Please note that the contest will run from Wednesday July 16, 2008 until TBA. You will not be able to upload your entry before OR after that date.

Contest Rules

  • Judging will be conducted fairly by a panel of distinguished judges with no prejudice in regards to sex, race, or age. All judges’ decisions are final.
  • The contest fee is not refundable.
  • The top twelve Winners will be notified by TBA. The overall winner will be announced in October 2008.
  • Upon paying the entry fee and submitting your child's photo's for entry - Parent/Guardian of winners authorize The Fredericton Regional Family Resource Centre to publish their child’s first name and photo (not their street address or phone number).
  • No employee of the Fredericton Regional Family Resource Centre, their board of Directors or any affiliate company, judge or panel member, nor any of their immediate family members are eligible to enter the contest.
  • You must be the legal guardian/family member/parent of the child you are entering in the contest.
  • Entries received after the deadline (TBA) will not be considered.

General Requirements

  • You must be resident of the Greater Fredericton Region
  • The child must be between the ages of 0-6years of age
  • The picture must have been taken in within the last three months (NO EARLIER THEN APRIL 1, 2008)
  • NO Professional pictures
  • One picture per entry form and fee
  • Entry fees are non refundable
